위치 정보를 설정 하지 않으면 기본으로 서울 위치의 날씨를 반영하여 날씨가 변합니다.

위치 정보는 설정 후 1회 날씨 업데이트를 하면 위치 정보가 저장되어 이후부터는 위치 정보를 켜지 않아도
저장된 위치 기준으로 날씨를 업데이트 합니다.
