When I opend the app it will not work like do not download the app you will waste your time

after i downloaded it, my phone decided not to work....nothing opens and the only thing that seems to work it this damned live wallpaper. Happy Birthday to me.

I think this is beautiful but it doesn't fit the screen and had No settings to change the size. It freezes my screen every time I try to use it.
