All you have to do is select "Live Wallpapers" when adding your wallpaper. There's not really much else to it. It's not that good looking to me though. That's why I gave it this rating. But it does work.

Waterfalls how do u save the live wallpapers? Where u can just have a collection of 1's 2 choose from .Also 2 do lockscreen and home screen

First of all many people don't know how to set it up but I do and it don't look real need to make the dolphins move
