To those who cannot "open" this "app". This is not an "app". It is Live Wallpaper. Go into your phone's Settings and go into wallpaper selection. You will find it in the wallpapers shown. If you want to, you can set it as wallpaper. Problem is that most of the images are in landscape orientation but a phone is usually operated in portrait orientation.
