Papercloud lets you choose filters/tags/update frequency/ image quality/ data options and the app will just keep updating your wallpaper with inspirational photos from around the world using flickr. Feature rich so you can set up the live wallpaper to be personalized and consume as little data as you'd like.
Papercloud presents all options on double tap of the live wallpaper background (or from settings when you install). This includes information about the photographer and photo, frequency, flickr search tags, image quality, the ability to skip the current photo, wifi only option, save and share.
Tries to save battery as much as possible so will not be draining like other live wallpapers.
Options to download only over mobile (not recommended, these are high res images) and over wifi (default).
People have been seeing some amazing photos from flickr using tags such as mountains, nasa, astronomy, snowboarding...

Great little app. Would like to see a preference to allow wallpaper to parallax scroll when you scroll homescreens. It's ok on tablets but definitely needed on handsets.

I've never really liked the idea of live wallpapers before, because they get boring and drain battery. This wallpaper doesn't drain my battery at all and some of the wallpapers I get with it are amazing. Try putting 'mountain' in your search tag! Love it, excellent first app.
