TypoClock for Android
Shows date and time in a neatly formatted block (4x2 Widget) with options for custom color, shadow, language, 12/24h and more.
Choose between either built-in fonts or system fonts.
Clicking on the left edge opens Settings, clicking anywhere else opens the Alarm Clock.
Development is ongoing, and new features are already underway!
You don't have to buy it, all the functionality you want is in the free version but that's exactly why you should buy. The developer is giving that much awesome away for free, do the right thing and pay the tiny fee .
I have supported this app and got responses from dev but there appears to be no progress no responses to mails re freezing and lag of time by 3/4 secs I now wish I had stuck with free version, not the expense more the frustration
...every day I have to reset the clock as the time is NEVER right. It's always more than a couple of minutes out, but quite often it seems to freeze completely. Pretty annoying actually, especially since I paid for the app.
But what is up with fonts???? Nothing??? The main reason I paid for it.
The clock looks great, though I'd like an option to alter the drop shadow (blur, x offset, y offset etc.) as it appears strongly on a light background.
Clean an simple!
But it would be super if i could also choose the font from a list. because it doesn't make a difference that sys on function (on my phone at least!)
Since you decided to put ads in the free version. I just wanted to support you by buying it.
Great app. Been using it since dev had it for free on xda. Dev emailed me back about an issue I had with sizing on my Droid Razr very quick, and had an update that fixed it the next day.
Been using it for a year and it's been my favorite clock app. Development stopped for a while even though the community responses were good and there was an abundance of feature requests. So, what this lovely app needs is some developer loving to make it more up-to-date (read: Roboto font, etc.). Edit: system font support promptly added (read: only hours after posting this comment) :D
The time is constantly a couple minutes behind on both my HTC Sensation and Nexus 7 2013.
Just what I was looking for.
Does what it says it does, no longer use it on my phone but it was a well designed clock widget. Looks great on my tablet
Great app Would be even better if you could launch 2 different apps when clicking instead of one eg. when you click the time, a clock app opens & when you click the date, a calendar app (or whatever else you choose) kinda like the beautiful widgets super clock.
Well described Does what it says it does, no longer use it on my phone but it was a well designed clock widget. Looks great on my tablet
Frustrated I have supported this app and got responses from dev but there appears to be no progress no responses to mails re freezing and lag of time by 3/4 secs I now wish I had stuck with free version, not the expense more the frustration
Very nice Just what I was looking for.

Great application that needs some loving Been using it for a year and it's been my favorite clock app. Development stopped for a while even though the community responses were good and there was an abundance of feature requests.
