4. Go to NiLS App > Notifications Panel and choose this theme from the top dropdown list.

This app is still at its worst, I have deleted and waited to install it after a month, and it still is a force closing app!!!!! You cant even customize it without it closing!!!!!!!!! Get GO LOCKER GUYS!!!!!!!
