It's a 4.9 only because of the 7 or 8 fonts u have to choose from , except for that I LOVE THIS FN APP

It said if I buy the pro version I would have to look at the brightly coloured ads that flash at me on the screen. So it said if I write a review it will get rid of the ads also. So if I go back and the ads are gone I will edit this comment and ad some stars. I do what I say I will and the ads have disappeared so I am adding more stars

I'm a total beginner at icons and this is the first icon making app I've been able to figure out. Bought the key to show support, and I NEVER pay for apps! Could use a few improvements: a better intro tutorial or a Q&A page, option to use our own images, more fonts (or instructions on how to add our own), and the option to choose colors by letter/number combos (to make it easier to make matching sets). But its still super awesome!

Gets buggy with some gradient/transparency saving, and shadows on any gradient layer (no matter text or shape) always tend to be weirdly colored. It is really sad to see the developer abandoned this project... seriously, you guys just disappeared (I do hope everything's alright, though). Still, the free version - which is awesome - works as great as ever, and I am glad to support.

Really simple and easy to configure..But i need more widget sizes, especialy a larger one...and the widget manager doesn't work for me.. so 4 start for now i-9100G

Simply perfect! I'd love to see simple icons similar to the app drawer circle icon.

Need more options in tile mode and more icon sizes and diff background for shapes...

This is a great little app for really giving your phone those finishing touches. And with alpha blending over a good live wallpaper... Awesome!

Love the donate button. Just replaced Desktop Visualizer with SimpleText. Just keeps improving. =]

Although I've since changed my icons to another style, this was definitely worth the money. The base app is nicely done and deserves the small asking price.

The canvas for which the text goes on can't be resized, making the text limited to how big you can make it. I thought creating the widget and using the setting such as 256x256 t made the canvas larger.

Worth more than $1 imo. Great work dev.

All of a sudden, all my icons have solid backgrounds no transparency, no matter how I fuss with it. Never had this issue before.

Installed this and my doorbell rang. At the door was the most beautiful kitten and it just came by to see the icons I had created. Magical app.

I would have given 5 stars but it's not perfect. I use this app on my tablet which I use 99% in landscape mode. I found it annoying that I had to constantly flip my tablet from landscape to portrait mode while I was adding these widgets to my home screens. Please make the Settings for this app come up in landscape mode on a device when it is in landscape so we won't have to flip it back and forth.

This app allows you to make some great-looking buttons, particularly with the donate version's gradient effect. I'd like to be able to edit styles instead of just making new ones, though. That and maybe be able to apply different styles to text you've already selected for a button. Still, definitely 5 stars!

This is the only app of this type on the market. At last someone realized that some of us like to be creative & individualize our desktops. To that end I'd like to see this app taken even further. I've managed to make my own cutouts using PicSay Pro,but it's complicated. It would be nice to have a simpler process for making cutouts. This app is really great start. Paid for key to help developer.
