TEAM BatteryBar Pro for Android
You can change colors and sizes you can have it up top or ↓ below your choice not to mention that the Dev updates it on the reg when necessary to update. Without users and input would be the downfall of any app or Dev trying to feed a family. Use and like it!
Love this app, easy to see at a glance a rough status of your battery. Fantastic customization. The only problem I'm having, is that it sometimes stops working for seemingly no reason, and I need to open the app to start it again. Definitely 5 stars, otherwise. Galaxy Note 4
I think it's a problem with compatibility with Android 4.4.2? The service stops running sometimes. I then go back to the app to start the service (even though the app says it's running). When I fully close the app (from the multitasking screen), the service stops again. I've loved this app in the past, and I hope that this issue is resolved soon. If not, I might have to move to another app that can keep the service running in the background like this one used to be able to do.
But . . . it stops displaying after various phone operations that I haven't yet identified, so I frequently need to turn it back on. Would love to see that fixed. (Nexus 5 stock 4.2.2)
when i remove my recent apps i have to restart the battery bar please fix so it will always show. also add multi colour mode im very used to the windows mobile battery bar style.
Keeps wandering off to wherever! Using a Nexus 5 like many others who find it disappears, waste.of.time, just sort it out!
I now own. Google Pixel XL 128GB phone. This app is vital for me and works perfect. I have no issues or problems. I am able to see the line indicator at the top of the screen like I want and it is very accurate.
Edit; Needs update for kitkat, have to keep restarting app as bar disappears...... Love this app, first seem it on custom ROMs now I use it on all my devices. Pro donation version.
I used to love this app and I still use it on my Galaxy Tab 2, but I just got a Galaxy S3 and the bar keeps disappearing. The app hasn't been updated in over a year (August 2013) and the last update supposedly had a fix for Android 4.3, which doesn't seem to work. Will this PAID app ever be updated?
I loved this app, but the bar disappears a lot, which it didn't do so on previous versions of Android.
Constantly stops working and needs to be restarted to get it working again. Will update to 5 stars once this problem is fixed. I am on a Nexus 4 running 4.4.2
It disappears after sometime (lollipop kills it I think ) and need to reenable it a few times throughout the day.... everyday.
I love the at a glance status of my battery level across all apps. I keep playing with all the options and set on what works for me. With colour coding I know if I am running low full or charging. Never had a single error unlike some reviews on here.
It keeps shutting down on its own, can you help?
The app was working well until KitKat I think. It now keeps crashing, almost everyday. That's disappointing for a paid app that otherwise I like a lot.
Android 4.4.4 fixed the disappearing bar problem.
Disappears a lot since Android 5.0. Abandoned App. Unresponsive Dev. Used to be great. Do not purchase
I love the way that this battery indicator blends into the background yet is easy to see. The options for size, color and location enables you to easily adjust to personal taste. I've been using this app for a few years on three different phones and it has always worked flawless. A must-have for any phone I own!
But recently on my galaxy s5 lollipop phone the bar vanishes and needs the service restarting. So drop 2 stars for lack of continued support and updates

Should have been a good app except that it is always stopping automatically on my phone running lollipop

I do love it especially with hidden dock and status bar!
This app works great as advertised. This feature comes in some custom ROMs, but my current one was lacking this. This app is a direct replacement for this feature and more, as I haven't seen a color changing battery bar.
A great app. But it hasn't been updated for a long time, and there are stability issues in Lollipop. I hope the developer finally remembers about its existence and fixes the issues.
Sorry it took me so long to buy. I finally did. Big Thanks, devs, for a smart, good looking, and minimal alternative (especially for those like me who are obsessively picky about space in the status bar!). Great little idea. Cheers!
Working here on KK. Bummer the other users, recall it was open source when it began long ago to replace the of competitor adding push ads. May be wrong about liscence but worth a Dev looking at...
...yet highly customizable. great design. doesn't reside in the status bar, and more importantly, doesn't take up precious space in my notification area like every other app of its kind that I've tried.
Keep losing the battery indicator though service apparently still running
This app is so helpful that I feel like it should be built into android. It does stop working on a rare occasion, restarting the app or phone resolves it though.
Been using for a long time. Thanks devs for your work!

Does what it is supposed to do and doesn't take up any screen space.
Bar goes away... disappointed in the paid app... I should have stuck with the free one.
Love having an ever-present display of my phone's remaining battery.
Will give 5 stars but keep quitting randomly.
It has enough features over the lite version that it is worth 4 dollars.
I do love it especially with hidden dock and status bar!

I was so impressed with the free version that I wanted to support the developer, so I bought it. First, my existing settings were deleted. Second, the settings screen is configured very differently. Third, I can't get anything thicker than a setting of 1 to display, regardless of the number input. Fourth, there is no option to change the color when the battery is fully charged. All of those options were available in the free version. Don't spend money on this version!!! I'm going back to free version...
