This App is developed to capture the monitoring of Village Health Nutrition Day carried out under National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh and U.P. Health Systems Strengthening Project.

Congrats to UPHSSP Lucknow team. It is very good and easy tool of monitoring and evaluation. One suggestion to admin regarding it's logo. Should be more attractive. You can place red coloured ambulance or mother with child in a contrast colour circle.
