Skinny Collect -FREE data/mins

I have used this app since it was developed & ive been very happy until I am going to change my device and found the 200mins has been reduced to 75mins. The customer service team rectified this for me almost immediately. Great contact, even though the fine print says they are not obliged to give any. Well done guys I'll recommend this app to all skinny customers

200MB of data in exchange for news and weather seems reasonable.

It was going great until I had to change my skinny number... I did what it said and uninstalled the app from my phone... Then installed it again... Wouldn't remove my number (even have a new sim in) so its always locked to that number.... I broke the sim... Ive factory reset my phone... App doesn't start again so u can put new number in... Very annoyed.

I've been using the app for a long time and found it great. Was a good way for me to keep up with current affairs etc while having the bonus of free minutes to keep in contact with my family. Obviously the people who have been loyal are no longer important with the new version cutting minutes from 200 to 75. I've recommend this app to many people. Why has it reduced? I definitely don't feel this is the way to treat loyal people! Edited to add that I'm pissed off I see another similar complaint but this was rectified for them so they get the original 200 mins. Whereas nothing was done for me. 1 star for you now.

I downloaded it cause I was curious and when it tells me to write my skinny number in it always says "Unable to send verification code, please try again" and it keeps saying it. Is that normal?

First of all before the new update came into place i was 2 days away from receiving my 200mins .... just to go back & check it had been reduced to 75mins??? Obviously I didnt change from mins to MB during the 30days so why be stingy

This app is not good. After five days my phone never goto sleep after specified time ie 5s. Now my phone's battery died quickly. What's solution for my problem? Please help otherwise I'll delete it. I am using skinny's number from last two years so I want to be a loyal customer.

Contdown timer stuck like others have reported. Why can't we roll back to earlier version that worked.

I have been on this app from the get go, and the ads suck but hardly annoying enough to stop me from getting my 200min! The minutes DO NOT stay at 200 for previous customers though as stated but 75min is still good, and free dont forget guys! Skinny is awesome I was with the two other major companys for years before skinny launched and never got a free anything. The big fat companys are not as good, give me free minutes(skinny) over a big fat nothing anyday Skinny is the way to go. Alright, peace keep it skinny.

Started getting really inappropriate ads, skinny collect say it isn't them and to uninstall their app so I don't see the ads on their app. Yep good solution, get rid of skinny collect app!

I downloaded this app because my friend uses it and really likes it but at first when I tried to put my phone number in it comes up with the message unable to send verification code please try again later. Three days later this app finally let me sign in and I love it☺

It's a great app, but since 2017 started my daily quotes are not changing, and neither is the picture, what's happening to this? Have uninstalled, and reinstalled, but no change, otherwise I love my 200mb a month :-) keep up your awesome work

My timer has changed from 17 days to 28 days. That was 75 minutes before now it's showing 200 minutes in 28 days. No point of using that app if it doesn't even work properly.

I had been using this app for long time, I really enjoyed the fact that while I was able to keep up with current events I could also earn minutes or data. Recently the countdown on the app is stuck on 14 days, and with no success uninstalling and reinstalling the app in forced to give up and abandon using it. The outcome has just been frustrating.

After months of it working fine it stayed stuck on 3 days for.... Over a month. Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed it but I still missed a month or so

I've gap between the end of the previous free minute and the start of the next one. Is there a bug in your system?

You must connect to the internet every day. And I hope you don't mind reading the same stories for a month, that's how long the start screen story stays there

It stopped working and I don't even know what happened so I uninstalled and tried to do it again but it won't even send me a verification code?

App has stopped. count down timer is not working. unable to collect my data. How do I get it going.

Once again we see telecom promise things its cant deliver. wooops sorry i forgot the company had such a bad rep its now called spark and the xt network as such a dismal failure they created skinny so really i should give it 5 stars as it lived right up to my expectations

Works great!! Only problem I've had was it reset when I was at 13 days but that has now resolved itself.

It was pretty good for quite a while and I enjoyed the data but recently I was just down to 1 more day before the data, and the next day I checked if I had got it, I hadnt, and it had gone back up to 30 days. Maybe it was to do with my phone but it has never happened before...

You need to fix this as I was one day off getting my data and now its saying there is no net connection and will not give me my data. I have to start the month all over again. So pissed right now

App working on tablet. Will transfer to spare phone once month freebie rolls around.

Not happy with this even though i new to this app. But the countdown to getting your extra data or mins is just useless stays stuck for to many days before deciding it needs to move down a day again.. this way i will never get my free data when needed.

had to reinstall this app because for no apparent reason it stopped working I was only 12 or so days away from my minutes being added when I reinstalled it it says the welcome message thing then tells me to add my number then says requesting verification code then just stops that message and no verification code why not makes no sense at all please help

I've been with skinny Collect for a long time now it doesn't work doesn't countdown and there are no advertising pages is this because my ph was restarted plz can you help me

I have changed my phone a month ago and downloaded the app again but it's showing 14 days from then. Not receiving any data from then

Won't let me finish the registration process. Get to the pick interests category and the app won't take me any further.

Its stuck on 23 days remaining, its been suck on it for about a month..

Had months of this working fine but noticed the timer wasn't counting down so uninstalled then reinstalled now it won't send a verification code/text.

it looks like skinny correct is not working properly. wallet shows 30 days left to be redeemed and it does not change for days as at Nov 24

I was on 14 days a week ago.. now its frozeand back to 30 days .. whats happening?

Well I had this app from day one it was great when it first came out the after the update it sat on 17days and would not move
