The goal of this application is to summarize the call log information ,related with the outgoing calls and to notify the user in case of reaching limit (in minutes).
It is made for the current mobile providers in BG,but it could be easily parametrized for other countries and providers.
1.Set the date of your calculation. If there is no full history for this date in the call log - the app sets automatically the first day the phone has an information about.You should set the same date in the next month - for example: you try to set 8.10.2012 ,but it has information after the 10.10.2012 ,on exiting settings 10.10.2012 will be applied - you should enter again and set 8.11.2012 as a start date.Please ,check again to be sure that the date you need is set.
2.The next setting is how the minutes are calculated - you can choose from - the seconds till 60 are counted for 60 and then on each second,the seconds till 30 are counted for 30 and then on each second or on every minute.
Important:changing these 2 settings cause full re-calculation.
3.2 options for entering the limits - the first is:free minutes in your provider network (for instance :to Vivatel),free minutes to other providers (to Globul and Mtel),free minutes to the BTK phones(if you have any).The second option is :the first 300 are free for all outgoing calls ,then another 1000 free minutes for the phone numbers in my provider's network.
Important:click on any of these settings forces the limits in the other chapter to 0,and marks them as not applicable(the two options can not be available at the same time),so any time when you click on the limits you should enter again all of them.
3.In most of the cases group conversations are free ,but if have any limit you can enter it in the next set of settings.
Information ,if a number exist in a group,is taken from your phone book.
4.Notifications - you can choose when : always,or in case of 5,10,15,20 ..minutes left to the limit.You can choose how: only with a message on each outgoing call ,or also with with speech (it speaks Bulgarian words with German accent).
Important:the speech option needs some files from Google Play ,so it will ask you to download them,if you insist to have this option.The speech turns the speakers on while speaking.
5.You can add transferred numbers - it needs 3 settings per each:which number - it could be taken from your phone book,or entered manually(it also works with part of the numbers like 0888x,+3592x...),the new provider for this number (for example:Vivatel number is transfered to Globul - you should check Globul as a provider) and from when.Adding such number cause recalculation ,but only for this number and starting from this date.

The app should detect end of the period and should write on your card in folder /phone_statistics .txt file with the statistic for the passed period and then restarts for the next - it is not needed to do anything for the next months ,unless you change your plan or date.
How the numbers are split:
1.if called Number starts With "+" and it is different than "+359" or if it starts with "00" but it is different than "00359" - it is considered as "abroud".
2.if called Number doesn't starts With "0700" and it starts with "02x,03x,04x,05x,06x,07x" ,or "+3592x,+3593x,...+3597x" or "003592x,003593x,..,003597x," - it is "home"(BTK).
4.Vivacom - 087,+35987,0035987.
5.Globul - 089,+35989,0035989.
6.Mtel - 088,098,+35988,+35998,0035988,0035998.
6.if it starts with "1" or "0700" or "0800" or "0900" or anything else that can not fit - it is considered as "other".
