Everytime i choose to load image the answer is always can't load image.....how to load image????

Love it except for 1 thing. It won't let me use any of my images as wallper because it just says "sorry, can't load image" every single time. I don't want to stick with the boring green background all the time :( HELP!!...i think i will probably uninstall as it's no good if you can't load your images as background wallpaper, such a shame as apart from that, it's great :(
