Airtel Hellotunes

I think this is the biggest lie airtel says its biggest network..third grade service..after setting a hello tune for a caller it can never be changed anyhow..not by app neithet by customer care..have nonthly subsc. but we beed to call c.care for change if tone..and they wull set something of their own..so emberrasing...no use of complaints or calling c. Care..they simply register complaunt and next day send a sms saying it is resolved. In actaul its there not resolved. Nor anubody callwed to customer..fed up with this poor service and poor c.care people Pls help

Worst app I have ever seen. I have activated a caller tune but it has not been activated till now. Kudos to Airtel !!!

So many times i have to tried select a caller tune, but did't work it..its just a waste of time. i am not satisfied this app.

They say we are unable to process your request and I find all the complaints regarding that... Y don't u guys work on this problem and find a solution to it??

Cant change hello tune It says temporary problem But i think this problem is permanent facing from last 1 month So bad 3rd class

Lol ???? Trying for past two days and it is giving errors. Everyone is getting error if you read comments. Not sure why this app was launched.

All telecom services given free caller tune but only Airtel takes charges of 45 Rs... Jio given free if u change daily also...

If I download any tune it asks for activation of 30 minutes and then after that no caller tune sets just a fake and worst app ever in the world it does not work

When I want to set hello tune always it blinks error....????????

I am not able to activate name callertune .they said we are not able to process your request right now

Most third class service I ever seen. Where jio caller tune is free & airtel caller tune is still now chargeable. Best is JIO

Older version of app is too good this updated Continuesly crash app opens & close automaticly Still Issue Not Resolved date 01/03/2018

I can't get free caller tunes . But other network are giving free tunes . If I can use tunes for free please tell me the procedure for free tunes .
