With the word live I would expect the waves to move, however when you touch the screen it gives the wallpaper a rippled effect. So it's not completely misleading but it isn't what I expected.

The app doesn't even pop up on my phone and doesn't let me have the option to open it. The only thing it lets me do is uninstall, don't install this app.
