I dont understand. When i open this wallpaper in Play store it shows that clock is ticking - showing real time, but when it is set as wallpaper it is Still. What's wrong with it?!

Can't use colours on text. Whatever you choose, it reverts to black when set as wallpaper! Took weeks to even reply last time so deleted it. I'll give 3 days this time! The app doesn't show on the Play Store page.
