[Substratum] Android O theme

Google+ constantly crashes forcing substratum to disable the overlay. Instagrams seems to not be themwd as well. Other than that, outstanding theme.

Nice theme, quick suggestion the battery quick settings icon should be fixed you can't see it on the white notification shade.

Beautiful theme. Dev is very responsive

the theme is very good but some bugs in Google phone app overlay speed dial,recent,call history icons are invisible.

Please add a option to use the theme in settings without changing the navbar background to white in the case we not using your navbar theme.

Really one of the best light themes so far working with 7.1.1 right now. Keep updating!!

Works great. The only thing I've noticed is that my nav bar turns red when I go to settings or a few icons. Is this normal? Wasn't sure if that's part of Android O or not. Besides that, love this theme

The white background is there, the settings don't change, whatever colour you choose, you always get blue and always have titles in the sections, even if you choose not to.

when i try to apply theme it show error, i send a email with logcat
