*DISCLAIMER:* You must use Stock Rooted Android M on a Nexus OR a ROM that fully supports Layers/Substratum theming!
MUST BE ROOTED and have the Substratum Theme Engine app!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. For Legacy ROMs: Make sure you first delete vendor/overlay folder if you previously use layers on your ROM
2. Install Substratum
3. Install Theme
4. Run Substratum app, allow the SuperSU permission, allow modify system settings
5. Click on Neon Colors Theme and wait to recreate caches and click again
6. Select all the overlays
7. Make sure you choose the options you'd like for AOSP Keyboard, Android, Settings and SystemUI.
8. Press the fab button (big round button with brush icon)
9. For Legacy ROMs: Press Install
9. For OMS ROMs: Press Compile
10. For Legacy ROMs: Wait until it installs all the overlays and then reboot
10. For OMS ROMs: Wait until it finishes compiling and then again press the fab button and select Enable
10a. For OMS ROMs: Restart SystemUI from Substratum app if needed

Im relatively new to the substratum idea but i like to tinker with it. I have had to ask many questions to the developer, instead of posting negative comments i emailed him and he responded quickly. I love the look of the theme and when done properly it really is amazing.

Keyboard isn't themed, settings force closes, phone and contacts aren't themed. Other than that great theme my favorite of all please fix. Nexus 5x Nougat nbd90w

I really like this theme I do. But for the love of me I can't get the dev to fix a huuuge annoying bug. The quick launch background is static. It won't change size if you remove the brightness slider and tick of enlarge the first 2 icons. Such a major annoyance especially for years with no action

Only one glitch so far on M (Moto G 2015 AOSP): When ringtone is vibrate only instead of the vibrating phone icon it's rotating between sync, rotate screen and gps icons. Otherwise awesome as always.

This was and is still my all time favorite CMTE theme and to find that it is now built supporting OMS/Substratum is just phenomenal. With the latest update to this theme I found that everything is working across multiple devices and rom builds as it should. I am happy to see that nothing really has changed as some themes, when ported over to layers base, losses some of the original features and this does not. You have to give it try. Great work Dev.

I love the fact that you decided to have layers for this theme, I actually was about to go back to a rom that uses theme chooser but I saw your post about neon layers so I right away bought it. Everything great except I can't open G+ and navigation keys not theme. I sent an email to you too.

Messed up the notification panel and it won't disable ! Tried uninstalling app and re installing. It won't install! :( I'm stuck , no other themes will replace it, it doesn't work.
