AT&T (webmail7) business mail claims this helper app will allow you to collaborate using their WEB UI, or various clients like ThunderBird, Outlook, Etc. to do the following: Secure Webmail - with Personal Calendars, Contacts, Notes and Tasks Calendars with Team Members . >Contacts Collaboration with Team Members . >Notes Collaboration with Team Members . >Tasks Collaboration with Team Members . >Synchronize Contacts, Calendar Wirelessly - iPhone, BlackBerry & Android . >Share Files / Store . The calendars, contacts do not sync, sharing of anything does not work. I have tried to install and use this app to create meeting invites for employees and others outside my domain. It Does Not Work. Even if you can install it the ICON for the tool is not visible on the SamSung. Even after using the application manager on my Edge 7 to set it up it Does Not Work. Even after trying to create a calendar account for the app on the SamSung- IT DOES NOT WORK. ... GARBAGE.

It sounds like a lot of people just do not know how to use this. There is no open option because it does not have its own GUI, it adds the ability to add a sync account from the Accounts section in your Android Settings menu. This app appears to work correctly (I tested it with my yahoo email address), however, it seems that perhaps your provider needs to be running a SyncSuite server for this to work or perhaps there is a signup for SyncSuite as it did not ask for a host name, just username and password, meaning it did not help me for my local ISP.
