You need to have a custom rom installed with the new CM 11 Theme Engine to be able to use this theme.

Once the app is installed go to settings/themes and find Darkness theme in your picker menu,click on it and select what you want to use... full theme pack, bootanimation only, style only, etc., etc. once applied, reboot to make sure all the elements get applied.
IF you get an error -110, -400 or error -24 -> ThemeEngine has issues at the moment with updating themes.
To resolve:
1. Uninstall the theme completely
2. go to /data/data/ using a root file manager and delete the entire directory "com.napster113.darkness.theme"
3. Reboot
4. Reinstall theme.
5. Reboot

No Matter what I do, I still end up with an error -400 during install. I obviously paid so at least I'd like to use the theme.

Awesome theme overall. I have an issue "Unknown error code during application install: -400" but dev is looking into it so my rating is back to 5 stars. It really is a great theme, especially the icons which go nice with the Onyx theme by mlv is you want to mix the two of them together.

Viber has blacked out buttons for chat conversations and contacts while for calls remains purple. In tapatalk in main screen titles of tabs is blacked out and the headers are not visible. Same problem appears also in SuperSU and I guess to all apps that have this kind of layout. Please have a look. Overall very nice theme and the modifications of all icons is an amazing feature :)
