Won't work for Nexus 7 v4.3 cuz it says broken when trying to apply the theme. :'( Now it does not work for the new Samsung Note 3. What a total crisis. :'(

Had some initial problems but this is to expected with so many different android handsets on the market. The dev was amazing, very responsive, got it all sorted through email and Google talk. Thanks again for your help mario.
