Running a Samsung Galaxy S4, android 4.3 On both touchwiz UI and smart launcher, the wall paper is just a screen that flashes in between white and black. As being the first live wallpaper I've liked and actually downloaded, I hope this gets sorted. 5 stars, if it worked!
