About Wallpaper Maker
You can make wallpapers just fit your Android Phone!
You can use your favorite pictures to create wallpaper.
How to use
1.Add Pictures, zoom in,zoom out,move, sets pictures.
2.Save the image.
3.After saving image, set wallpaper.
How to set wallpaper
1."Wallpaper Maker" MENU, chose "Gallery" > "Wallpaper"
2.Chose image, press MENU chose"Set Wallpaper".
How to set Screen size image as wallpaper
1."Wallpaper Maker" MENU, choose "Gallery" > "Image"
2.Choose image, press MENU choose"Set Wallpaper".
3.List of Live Wallpaper, Choose "Walpaer Make" to set Screen size Wallpaper.
Menu
Press, menu button, or Long press screen.
Add Picture Pick the picture, and add to the screen.
Item Pick and add items to the screen.
Background Pattern Choose bacgkround pattern.
Clear Picture Clear all pictures on the screen.
Screnn Size Choose the image size, Wallpaper size,Screen Size or LINE Home Size.
Shortcut Set shortcut. (Long Press, Double Tap)
Picture Quality Choose save quality of the image.
Gallery Check and set wallpapers that you made.
Image Menu
Long press pictures you add.
Copy Copy the image.
Delete Delete the image.
Set Background Set the image as background.
Gallery

It is ok it keeps me busy for a while the only thing is you can't add a lot of suff on it you can only add on pins and clear srips and pictures but is the best app for making your own wallpappers

You don't need wi-fi to use this which is great, so you can use it anywhere and the app only needs access to your photos which is the whole point of this app.

It's easy to use, and the graphics of the photos don't deteriorate when it's set as the wallpaper or lockscreen. Pretty good if you ask me! It could use more backgrounds though and maybe an option to enter your own photo as a background though. ????????????

This is the best app you can take pics from the internet and put it on the app then set as my background???????????? but there is always an add at the end of the board but it goes away when you put a pic down.

This app is really good and it makes really cool wallpapers but one thing that you could improve on is that I would like to type things on my wallpaper but otherwise I think that it's awsome and I recommend it. ☺????????????????????????

It's impossible to use I fit it to my phone screen and I set wallpaper then it resizes and now you see the clipboatf, plus if I tap anywhere it readjust.

At first, I was turned off by the 3.5 star rating, but this app has turned out to be very useful. I personally use it as a collage maker. Great job on this one!

Never in my life would I recommend this app to anybody. First of all, the setup is confusing and makes the app hard to use and control. Second of all, I was not able to make my desired background due to this application's linitations. Hope this helps! Please do not download this app it is a waste of time.

If you want a wallpaper that not only looks like an average cork board and holds lots of awesome pictures, this is your app! Also, if you do not want the cork background, you can choose a picture, or a color that is provided.

It is definitely very useful except for there is is less background choices and I was hoping that you would be able to choose a colour and draw. Other than that GREAT! My wallpaper is one that I made on this app and it makes it look great!

i set the home page as the only page not to scroll but when setting wallpaper via this app it gives me half black half bg!

THANK YOU!! This app easily makes my pictures into fullscreen collages that I can use for my lock screen and home screen! All the other apps leave your pictures with borders and extra space that you have to crop out. This app also lets you use the same photo multiple times.
