I love hour glasses, but it's a little bit boring.. If the put some nice graphics and texture it will be a beautiful thing to see. I tried it. You may like it. Everyones taste is different..

Out of this app!

I've tried every "hourglass" app currently available and none compare come to this one. My reading of the other reviews below suggests other users aren't accessing the app's options, which allow you to change the elasticity of both the balls (i.e., "sand"), the size of the balls and the width of the glass comprising the walls of the hourglass itself. By tweaking these options you can determine how long it takes all of the sand to drop.

Always on, just like a real hourglass (would you believe there are some out there that don't work based on you flipping your phone?!!)

This is completely useless as a practical timer. It's way too choppy. And seriously, who the combustion wants balls for an hourglass? I want sand. I don't even know why I even tried this.

Would've stayed in my phone if had a some type of alarm to let you know time is up

You would think the first option presented would be how long it takes to empty, which is not an option at all. which means that the actual function is limited, except for being a cool visual toy. Which it is.

Real nice! Just needs some custom backgrounds (: hint hint lol..... nice hourglass though!!

Would like timer option increments up to an hour with various sound options for an alarm. Very visually pleasing to the eye. Good app.

Way too much fun! Great control of balls and options. Would like a sandy option next please.

Its a cool idea but it runs very choppy

just what I was looking 4. suggestions for improvement would be a sand option and plain colour backgrounds; sky blue and maybe a glow in the dark option

HTC inspire..ran once balls ran out phone froze instantly...uninstall

I like this app, probably because I'm easily amused... Or so I've been told. Anyway, I really like this app, the graphics, the options. But it would be nice to increase the time. But other than that, this is awesome!

So much fun. Wish each level took a little longer. Can usually beat a level in about a minute. Still fun though!

How do you get to the settings

Interesting but... Cannot set the duration... no alarm when done.

It should work according pre determined time..like should run for 30min or 60min...not just for fun..useless..

Might look grest, but its almost useless as an actual timer.
