Lock screen Wallpaper: Lotus 2

Tried to open but it won't open I thought it was my phone have a problem but it the app so DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS APP IT WON'T WORK.

I tried opening the app but i couldn't open it. I deleted the app 3 times but i still can't open the app. Don't get the app.
