Dwarf Fortress Live Wallpaper

Super awesome live wallpapers, love the ASCII mode. But it freezes when I double tap? The world changes, but the characters stop moving

Should have towns etc, and random is not working, great idea and app

This is a wonderful yet simple background. If you could add more worlds that would be great.

Almost as good as having dwarf fortess itself running on my phone.

Would be great if the dwarf constructed or fought back, or maybe even have multiple dwarfs?

Love the wallpaper, looks great and runs well. I would like to see an ASCII version too, though. 5-star wallpaper.

Requires absolutely no permissions, and is an amazing live wallpaper! You don't even have to play DF to appreciate how cool it is! My one problem is that I wish it had a higher resolution for newer devices, such as the S5

good, but needs improvements, and option foor smooth camera movement, DF2012 FTW

I like it very much but I don't use it because: It's too intrusive, I would like to add an dark or bright translucent layer above it to see my menus better It's very limited, I would like to see a living fortress (I know I know, pathfinding and things but...) But well done, I like that the menu allow to see the changes in real time, and I love the idea!

There is an ASCII mode. Not in screenshots, but there in settings. Win. Freezes after a few mins, double tap does not fix.

No special permissions. Just dwarfs up your wallpaper as you would expect.

Do you think you can add stuff like fortress being built by the dwarves as well?

I can't wait for more updates to this.

A really nice edition for any DF lover! Not too noticeable but just enough to smile every once in a while ;)

Very dwarfy

Love the ASCII mode, but need more than a dwarf, a river and trees. Resolution could stand to be higher, too. Though the moving playfield was a bit distracting, there just isn't much going on without it.

The new ASCII mode, my dwarf is not smiling on Galaxy Nexus. Disappoint.

I love the ASCII update, I hope to see changeable dorfs colors or citizen/military, etc. But otherwise my favorite live app ever!

Absolutely love this live wallpaper. :) I would like to see him actually fighting the goblins. Blood, arrows being shot... Maybe the occasional titan showing up settings everything on fire.

Love this wallpaper, the only request I would make is that you provide a theme which is just the ascii symbols and not a tile set, that would be amazing :-D (I would pay for this I want it so bad!)

Lol, nice idea for a wallpaper. A bit too distracting, though, and I would've preferred mining over running around.

I like it :) would be really cool if it could generate some simple structures such as rooms dug into a mountain, which the guy could wander in and out of. If you aren't attached to the source it would be awesome to see the code up on GitHub or something.

Looking forward to ASCII mode. Would love a still map with everything moving but the map.
