S6 Edge Instructions:
Settings > Edge Screen > Information Stream > Manage Feeds > Then check off the application "Beautiful Edge Clock"
Note 4 Instructions:
Settings > Edge Screen > Manage Panels > Then check off the application "Beautiful Edge Clock"
Click the gear at the bottom to configure the images you want to use.
Features:
-Supports multiple date and time formats now including 12 and 24 Hour clock.
-There are now 86 background images!
-You can choose the type of font, the color of the font, the size of font.
-You can also flip the display to be in the position you want.
-Added option at bottom for transparent background. When checked you will see your wallpaper underneath instead of a picture. This is only for Note edge!
-You can see the next calendar appointment for 1 day (Until midnight)
-You can put a custom message instead of the calendar
-Tap around the date / time area and it will open the alarms
-Tap around the calendar or custom message area and it will open the calendar.
-It also displays the battery percentage.
-Updates it's screen only 1 time per minute to keep battery usage low.
-Added support to choose a custom image should use 2560 by 160 for best results.

The date/time/battery/calendar event don't update in real time. I'm using Lollipop 5.1.1 Note Edge. During unlocked mode once this panel is displayed the content don't update. It will only change when you press the home key and switch the edge back to this panel. When the phone is locked, unlocking the edge only shows the previous status not the current one. That means wrong time and battery level, and perhaps wrong date and calendar event if you haven't unlocked the main screen of your phone during that day. I'm sure about this and I tried to find a way (including reboot) to make it update automatically but there really is a problem.

I see the default edge clock first until I swipe it away. Then this one is seen. Kind of pointless.

compared with the standard edge clock this needs some extras to make payment justified.. eg 1. extend the tum out to a sensible time eg 20 minutes. give a low energy option if needed. 2. have comments to be sourced from a text file . this will give users the option to have changing quotations etc. my main issue with it is the short life before it cuts out.

I know this is for the size of an s6 edge but, I have an edge+ and would love to see an option for it to fit the larger screen of the +. And like another reviewer said to stay on longer....I would definitely use this over the stock edge night clock

It shows empty calendar even tho there are events scheduled. Please help or fix. Otherwise love the app. Update: I'm using Samsung calendar, yet no events are showing. I'll try reinstalling the app.

Please do not buy this app it does come on and when it is on it looks good but the beautiful edge clock fades out after a few seconds and the factory set Samsung edge clock overrides this and kicks back in. Who wants to pay for a beautiful clock that you cannot see? I have contacted the issuer over this and all he says is the Samsung factory set app is the issue. Do you honestly think Samsung can let you override its factory set version I don't think so. So don't buy this app save your money people no good.
