I test this theme on a Galaxy Nexus using CM10, & a Nexus 4 on CM10.1. It also works on CM9, PA, & AOKP but some images may be off, which is why I'd advise using it with CM10.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Download this theme, go to Settings, then Themes, apply Torrid Teal & reboot.
*IF YOU GET THE MESSAGE "This theme was improperly compiled and cannot be applied. Please report this incident to the theme author" THEN APPLY DEFAULT SYSTEM THEME, REBOOT, THEN APPLY TORRID TEAL & REBOOT AGAIN*
Rooted phone & a custom ROM that supports the Theme Engine are needed, such as CyanogenMod & Paranoid Android. Works on HDPI & XHDPI devices only.

I love it, basically everything is themed beautifully the only two items are missing is the superuser icon in settings on CM10.1 and there's a blue bar present in the quick reply SMS popup on CM10.1 otherwise perfect.

Very fresh and well made. I use this on top of Eclipse and this looks fantastic. Its an awesome theme if you just want to get away from the normal blue feel of ICS or Jellybean.

I believe this theme has been abandoned by the developer. There are a number of things left unfixed, like the data in/out arrows and the LTE toggle being unthemed in CM roms. The theme is very well done aside from those aspects and abandonment from the dev

After flashing paranoid android yesterday as my first ever ROM (I had only mustered the courage to root earlier that morning ) I was eager to try themes and being a long time fan of kxnts work gave this theme a go It works beautifully on Samsung Galaxy Note 2 running PA 3.60 no issues to date not even after farting around with the DPI

Only the circle battery icon looks right, the superuser settings page is unthemed, and from the other reviews it looks like they're are a few more issues. If the issues were fixed it'd be 5 stars, easily.
