For this to be installed you have to have the EvolveSMS Customization Pack
To apply the theme:
• Open EvolveSMS
• Go to Settings
• Go to "Theme"
• Swipe over to Choose Theme
• Find theme name in the list

This theme WAS PERFECT until this last update that changed the area where you type your text from being white to the same color of the background when headers are turned on. This was my favorite theme but now its just TOO plain.
