KK Widget ( DashClock + )

This is a very good widget. But theirs a problem I'm having with it. When I set the app on Apex Launcher. It keeps asking me to set my default launcher. Even when I set it to always. I know its the KK widget because when I removed it. The phone stopped asking me about a default launcher. Can you please look into this. If this gets fixed I'll give 5 stars.

I used this widget on my s4. Now I use it on my s5. Because it offers more variations than stock widget. Good work

I'd purchase the app if it weren't for 2 things that I've noticed. One is I can't dismiss the notification icon. If I click the dismiss button it brings me to the app settings and you can force close it but it comes back on a reboot. Also when you boot up it defaults to the 1st screen and I have 5 setup. I want to have the middle screen be the default. I couldn't find any way to modify that. I'm on Lollipop 5.0.1

I previously rated this app 5 stars BC it was a great app for my ZTE Engage, running ICS 4.0.4 (with no way to update to JB/KK). This app basically gives me the functionality that DashClock gives to users with newer versions of Android (that I can't get with this phone). My only current gripe is that at times, seemingly for no reason at all, the clock portion of the widget stops updating, which as you can imagine, can be quite annoying. Not sure what's causing this, but killing it & launching again fixes it

Frequently becomes unresponsive, widets flicker constantly. Having lots of issues with this and KK lock screen! Please fix this!!!

Love the extras on this app, really nice. Unfortunately I cannot use it anymore since the new google lollipop... :-/

I absolutely love this app. I use it as lock screen widget rather than using other lock screen app. But unfortunately, it didn't show the content of my (more than one) notifications such as from Twitter, WhatsApp & Facebook. I hope you guys can fix this. Having the ability to read notifications without unlocking the screen is a huge improvement to me and other users.

I've tried lots of launchers, but this one is the best. It's fast, smooth and low on resources. Keep it up developers.

The app hasn't been updated in 2 years, and several features, like weather, don't work anymore.

It's a great feature and I am willing to purchase the prime but if the following is fixed. 1. When I pull down the notification and select something the lock screen automatically ask for the pin or pattern. 2. Should have a choice to choose the music player from the pull up menu rather than forcing me to use the native music player. 3. I found myself all the time accidentally hitting the pull up menu. How can I disable the pull up menu? 5 stars if they fix those issues.

Very happy with simple but effective summary of key info.... Hope to maintain my satisfaction. Any chance of camera access from lock screen?

On lollipop, I can't get text shadows to work. They just aren't showing. This is actually half the reason I use this app instead of dash clock. Edit: months later and this still hasn't been fixed. What gives? // yet more months, nothing has changed. And the feedback button doesn't do anything.

If it would be possible to shrink size of the extension text at least twice. I will not change my Nova (and suppose nobody will) just for an ability customize the widget. Will use chronus with beautiful fonts and elegant style till the author decide get some bucks for customizable widget

Lots of glitches. And the design is outdated. Please make it Android L styled

Having trouble getting it to work on my nexus 7. With the kitkat launcher, when I do I'll give it 5 stars works fine on my phone!

I believe there is an option to add color to Extensions Hmm no go. Wish it worked. As I look to my left while typing this review I see white text to my right Blue Hmmmm look above at sales pitch. Brilliant Ideas lets make it work SGT4

Fantastic array of widget options only downside is limited options (7 or 8) for clock lay out and design from stock. Depends therefore if you are after a funky clock with additional data, Make Your Own Clock may be better, or a control widget with data and actions that also tells the time (that is far easier to create than say Zoom) which this wins hands down

Will not read notifications. I have it set up to show notifications from drippler and the Drudge Report, but it never displays anything other than (0) for either one. Hasn't changed at all over the past month of using this app on a Galaxy S5 Prime running lollipop. All settings are set up the same as on my old phone running kitkat. That phone(galaxy grand 2) shows the notifications with no problems.

Number count doesn't change when creating a notification for Chomp SMS. Worked fine with Dashclock. I even bought the launcher to get more options. Very disappointed.

Why I can't use it on my home screen? Every time I select that widget, it always opens play store.

Good one, but still don't get, why "Text Shadow" checkbox shows shadow only for extensions text and not for time and date?

Every thing's perfect, but, when I set the notification extension on the home screen widget, then touch it, it opens the home screen again, but, without any widgets!! I hope this problem will be fixed

Every time I restart my phone I have to remove the widget and put it back because it only shows up as a tiny circle in the top left corner

I love dashclock but I consistently run into problems with it where it just won't update. I wish there was an option to manually set refresh intervals for individual extensions.

First and second half the time and next week ago found the right direction of champions.

Please add the option to hide the 0 in the hour of the clock. Also add am/pm. Do that and you have a perfect app. Thank you and keep it up, I love the kk apps!

Dashclock is an ESSENTIAL app for Android, and this app sets you up with all the functionality of Dashclock, some basic extensions and allows you to add a background pane of customisable translucency and colour. This latter may sound trivial, but having a semi-transparent pane behind Dashclock allows you to read it on bright backgrounds whilst still leaving the background perfectly visible. Also, the ram footprint seems lower than the regular app.

It really deserves 5 stars but after sometime of having installed it the weather indicator doesnt refresh and the functions in the switch butum dont get on and off

Great menu when customizing, but how can I have a pattern lock and this at the same time? My note 4 doesn't allow widgets with lockscreens

I know the publisher won't mind this comment of I put 4 stars. Please fix a bug about the s launcher not adding this to my homescreen
