Ringtone Remover

It also deletes the ringtone file which means if you have set an mp3 music file as a ringtone your music file will be deleted. I just want to remove the link that points to the file so that it clears from the ringtone list, not my files. You don't need an app to simply delete your music files.

It would "remove" them but when I would turn the phone off & then back on again. Paid $1.49 for a similiar app THAT DOES WORK, even after turning off/on the phone!

The ringtones I delete (system pre programed) come back. This app doesn't do what I want. Delete Ringtone Pro by FullTimeGeek worked great and did what it said ......must be why Google Play Store removed it.

Didn't work the way I wanted it to. The app would bounce up and down and I was unable to close it.

has ya thinking bloatware extra ringtones are removed-- and they are-- until next restart, then they're all back. what a crock'o feces!

Like everybody, I cannot believe android does not have a way to remove the ring tones off their own system! This is the easiest way I have found to do it. Small app they can be used quickly without instructions because its intuitive and simple. Thank you

After searching my phone settings for an hour trying to delete an unwanted ringtone, I tried this app. Worked great & was easy.

It's a great app. But the thing is it also delete my own music from music player... If it could only delete the music that I selected as ring tone and leave my mp3 in music player alone???

I couldn't remove a ringtone. So complicated until I got this app. Easy peasy now. A must have app.

It deletes them until u turn your phone off then there right back. It never truly deletes them for good or saves you space

It has been driving me nuts I deleted every possible file and still the broken ringtones wouldn't go away. And now all the annoying ones are gone too.

This application does not do what it says, it does remove the tones that you do not want, but when you reboot your phone the ringtones it removed all comes back. Fix that problem lest us know that you have corrected it then we can redownload it. As of now it is worthless. Don't bother to down load it folks, it does work not work

I wanted to remove past deleted ringtones off my android sounds list and this app did just that. Great work.

This is a quick and easy app to use! This app helped me delete not only ringtones but sounds associated with alarms and notifications. I also rebooted my droid RAZR m phone and the sounds are still deleted:) I recommend downloading this app and see if it works for you. Thank you Kastor Soft!

Every time I got to delete the tones and my phone shuts off then they are right back on again. If someone can help I'd give a much better rating

Working perfect on my panasonic p61. It does the job very well.

At some point all my music, like 6gigs also got into my ringtone & notifications. Pain in the button.... Couldn't figure out how to remove until I found this perfect app! Awesome the only down side is it actually deleted the music as well but I can just transfer from laptop. I'm so happy I got them out of my ringtones. Thanks!!!

It was simple to download and was able to remove the ringtones and notification sounds that came with device. However, I am frustrated that when I do remove the already installed ringtones after I restart android it's back on the list again! Any suggestion in deleting these permanently?

I was so tired of having to sift through the dozens and dozens of stock ringtones, alarms, and notification sounds to select the ones that I wanted. This app finally lets me have a nice succinct list of ringtones, etc.

"Removes" the ringtones but they are back after a couple of days?

I'm sorry but I need to make a correction turns out it didn't really take away those unwanted ringtones after I thought they were deleted and I went ahead and uninstall the program, the ringtones came right back. :( I've done this twice already what's going on here?? Seems the only way to permanently get rid of unwanted tones is to factory reset my phone and I really don't want to do that.

I have tried everything to get off ringtones! I had multiple files of the same ones over and over again!! Now they are gone!!!!

Finally!! A simple to use app that does what it says!

This app removed all of my pent-up frustration. It worked exactly as it said and was easy. I tried other apps and they were terrible and too complicated or did not work at all for what I was trying to do. AND it was free. Thank you to the programmer who made it. MH
