חמסה

חמסה היא קמע בצורת כף יד בעלת חמש אצבעות פרושות, המגן מפני עין הרע. על-פי המסורת, בתורת הסוד ביהדות, מסמלת החמסה את האות ה' משם הויה משמשת כסגולה מעין הרע, אך כשאר הסגולות, לא מיוחסת לסגולה בפני עצמה כח, אלא היא כלי שעל ידו הקב"ה מעניק טוב אדם.
