2. Click Menu>Plugins>GO Locker, choose a theme you like and apply it to your phone.

This is an amazing locker theme, but 1st you have to go to your app drawer to truly install it. Tap on the theme in your drawer, & you may have to adjust your settings to allow the install to go through. There's nothing sketchy about this, it's just a round-about way to install. The theme won't show up in your locker 'installed' area until you do. Then you'll have a kick@ss theme. :) Tyvm dev(s)! ~Note 3, running 4.4.2
