1) In GO Contacts EX press the phone menu button;
2) Select the THEME option;
3) From the Theme listing select the theme you´ve just download and installed;

Was having issues with this theme, emailed the dev and had a response with a solution first thing next morning. Looks great if you have all matching themes together

I bought this theme for a Galaxy Prevail then upgraded my phone to a lavish LG730 Venice with Jelly Bean. The theme didn't work, but I saw the note here to contact the developer. I did and received a reply with the update file within an hour! Wow! If you have Jelly Bean, don't hesitate to get this theme! Thanks, Sergio!
