Desk Clock Daydream

Excellent app, looks fantastic. Others have already stated, the ability to change the date format would be nice. Also can not change the size of the clock (if set to anything except 1.0 the time is not displayed). Would love if it was just a little larger overall. But the app is exactly what I was looking for besides that. I've got my colors set to nice, subtle tones for bedside use and it feels great at night, much dimmer than Clock Plus and with everything dark red, it doesn't ruin my night vision. So issues are date format and font size/display size over all. Other than that, A+

Great start for the app. Would like a couple of things, 1] more options to time and date. Like yyyy/mm/dd 2] an option to just turn on the desk clock, not wait for screen saver. 3] option for percentage of screen to fill. So it can be full screen. 4] option for mediaplayer selection in screen, so we can listen to music or pause music when needed. But great start.

For instance, I don't want to see battery life or how many emails I have. Would be nice to turn these off. Also, most important weather info is missing - the high for today. That's what I need to know to know what clothes to wear. Also font size is confusing. I tried to make the clock bigger so I made it 3 instead of 1.0 and it got really tiny instead!

I'd like to be able to turn off all notifications, like emails, charge percent, and alarms. I don't need any of those things. I'd like to have ONLY date, time, and weather.

If someone calls while this is activated, it causes the phone to freeze and will not allow you to answer the call.

I have a lg g3 and for some reason weather will state clear but the icon will be cloudy.

I have just installed this on my Samsung Galaxy S7 with it's OLED screen. It is a nice app to use whilst in a wireless charging dock. I like that more information is visible then when I use the always on screen/

Every time I try to preview it, the app just crashes. What a waste of time.

Does not keep data that you put in, such as color, time, font, etc... . Also will randomly not come out of daydream mode, have to reset to normal.

NO landscape mode detection on Samsung Galaxy S5 which for me is critical.That why I will NOT use it. No way to change the weather provider.

When it works it is great but crashes often :(

I'm pretty picky about things and this app is almost perfect for me. The only thing I don't like is not being able to determine what notification the app displays. I would love to get rid of the gmail notification. Besides that, great job dev. Thanks for the good work!

I like to be able to customize, and this hits the nail on the head. The only tiny niggle is I would prefer it if the dotted don't supported the degrees and centigrade part of the temperature for weather.

Gets stuck on screen and text overlaps anyway. I wanted red numbers on my clock. Not a phone that I have to restart to use again. I hate this app now.

Great app, and works well, but has a tendency to crash at times, and would be nice to have a few more customization options such as email providers other than Gmail. Some settings fail to save also, such as animation, just resets to default. HTC One M8. Otherwise, love it :)

Nice replacement for the one that came with my old phone, but can't view landscape daydream for my phone like it says it does. So for that reason I give it a 3 star. I have a kick stand and need it to be landscape.

I have a small screen and it'd be soo much better if I could remove the battery and gmail icons, they clutter it quite a bit as I don't need it. But great app, thanks for ypur efforts.

Extremely customizable, perfect for OLED displays since it moves around the scream over time.

Using this on a Sony experia Z3. It has become unusable for me now as it has the tendency to crash after 1 hr

Won't work on Nexus 7 2nd gen tablet. Force closes as soon as it starts. Uninstalling.

There was an option to at least hide/remove the gmail notification, as I have been an avid K9 mail user for yrs. Having that notification icon there doesn't suit me any purpose. And according to other people's reviews, they agree. Not everyone uses the gmail app whether they have a gmail account or not. An option for other email clients would be nice

Is the Gmail counter just cosmetic? It's always showing 90. But I don't see a setting for permissions.

Will not stay in landscape and the icons remain bright colours even when I select different colours in config. Also, live wallpaper backgrounds don't seem to count when you select to use current wallpaper as the background, which is a shame. Fix these and get 5 stars.

It started acting funny and I had to remove it. It kept turning my screen off every 2 seconds and I couldn't use my phone.

Was really great app but now it crashes after a while on galaxy S6 and HTC one

Doesn't work a lot of the time and constantly getting warnings from my phone that it's eating my battery. Works great when it works.

I was really liking this app then suddenly, for no reason, it stopped working. It briefly flashes on my screen and crashes. I tried rebooting my phone, tried uninstalling/re-installing...same issue. *uninstalled and reinstalled the app a few times, once with a system reboot in between and for some reason I chose to reinstall it and it suddenly worked again. The only I did to my phone from it not working to working again was change the wallpaper. It makes no sense.

Will not go into landscape and it says I have 349 unread emails when I have none.

Great app that displays correctly on my older non HD displays. But on my QHD displays, it does not line up perfectly like the non hd displays. Everything is condensed to the upper left of my screen in both landscape and portrait modes. I think if I make the fonts bigger, it will line up, but does not.

I like how you can adjust everything, I recommend this app to everyone. Great job!

Works fine for a few runs then starts crashing

Sometimes shows unlocked screen when it's supposed to be locked, sometimes it keeps refreshing every couple of seconds, sometimes it doesn't go landscape mode with no reason.... BUT it's generally ook.

Please add an option to disable animations and just center the clock on the screen.

Been using it every night now as my bedside clock. Haven't had an issue. Great app!

Well that will not fly with millions of americans. I mean if you want our business that is. A lot of my lockers have it to where you can have it either way. Should be a simple fix.

Great to customize... Works well.

Only trouble is it won't update the weather on my old Nexus 7 that I use as a desk clock.
