It's true, this app does tend to crash and time out, BUT if you're on WiFi you shouldn't have an issue. Once I figured this out, I've been a happy customer. I love how they remind you about birthdays/anniversaries in advance so you have to send a card.

T-Mobile Tuesday Mothers day deal. I was thrilled to get this so my wife could get a nice card from our daughters. Installed and tried opening it and all the app did was try to load, spinning wheel. Never opened after 3hrs of loading. If you are going to offer deals through t-mobile, please fix your bugs so it will work as advertised.

Not Impressed! I was expecting a much better quality of the photo that was included with the card, and I have to say I was very disappointed to see the picture was very grainy. This was for a photo that came out of a 20 MP camera and we have printed photos from that camera before so I know what to expect. Do not waste your money on this service. Also, the way the photo is framed in the app shows that it might be an insert, but instead it is just printed inside the card paper.

I got to the last screen of entering the address to send the card, and a text box said please wait and disappears. There was no confirmation or acknowledgement that it was sent. Screen just stayed the same. After multiple​ tries, I figured out that this was because it recognized the address as being incorrect even though it was fine. Ended up getting the card in the mail.

Great quality cards, inexpensive and fast shipping from the UK to the USA. I have ordered twice already and very pleased! App was very easy to use and uploading pics was a breeze! Love Inkly and thank T-Mobile for introducing me to this hidden gem!

I like it so far. Before I had mentioned that the displayed ETA was wrong, but now they are correct. (I edited the review). The other issue is when trying to edit after canceling an order, it says the feature is unavailable because my app may be outdated. I just downloaded it yesterday night. Otherwise, I quite enjoy it. Though the issues I've run into so far are few, they are rather important to have corrected. (Thank you for your app!)

Neat concept, terrible app experience even though it looks like an update was released today. Even after allowing permissions and adjusting overlay settings, still couldn't get to my photos. I really like the idea of being able to customize a card and mail it automatically. But I can see why there's a TMobile promo. Not trying it again.

Great concept and would use for several occasions but it would not let me go through payment system. Sounds like there are many issues with app from reading recent reviews. Should've made sure app didn't have so many major hiccups prior to releasing to T-Mobile Tuesday.

Used the app from T-Mobile Tuesday for the free card, and used it to send my soon to be a mother's day card from our kids. I recieved the card today and it was the WRONG CARD. I received someone else's.... 1 Star. Will not recommend to anyone.

Does not access Google Photos for uploads. No Google+ login. Have to delete messages in order to edit/change photos. No way to choose which address to use for a contact e.g. business vs personal. All these shortcomings in the 10 minutes that I used the app.

Loved it! Got the free T-Mobile code so I sent a card to my mom for mother's day, ended up sending 3 more things because of how easy it is to use!

My T-Mobile code for a free mother's day card did NOT work and the first time I tried to pay, it just went back to the payment page so hopefully I didn't get charged twice! I do like that u can use handwritten messages tho, that is a cute unique idea.

Interface is okay and the products are decent but payment from both my CCs gets denied and then once I clear the payment with my bank, I get charged a foreign transaction fee. A real pain.

It's my first using and purchasing from this app and I really love that they help you out right away if you have any questions or concerns! It's easy to use and they have affordable prices, I will be purchasing from them again!

First impressions always determine rather I use the service or not. With that being said I loved the service and came in time. The fact that you can customize a great quality card with your own pictures and words. You have to try it.

This app is broken, probably due to a bad update that wasn't tested properly. If you were to install this app it will just load forever and never actually turn on. It's too bad because it's this week's T-mobile Tuesday giveaway and it's totally unusable.

Wow this app sucks. Sure it works but this app has no settings for you to adjust anything(app wise). If you "try" to rate the app a 1-3 star, it doesn't send you to the google review page. Very poorly designed app

The concept seems great unfortunately I have no way of really knowing because the app will not load at all. I was very excited to try this as soon as I saw it on T-Moble Tuesday. Please fix the issue because I would love to order a card for mothers day.

Card came 2 days later then it predicted..but it was just in time for me to give it out on mother's day.. Great card quality and every word and picture was perfect. I will definitely use this app again. Thanks Inkly!!!!

I'm here from T-Mobile Tuesday I customized my own card and sent it to my mom with an estimated delivery date range in as easy as 5 minutes and with the promo code I didn't have to pay a dime and also it didn't ask for my credit information either. Thanks TMobile

Horrible customer service experience. They just have a lame chat bot in the application in the name of customer service and nobody actually even replies to your questions. Don't bother downloading the app and wasting money

I have uses this app service before but tonight as many have stated, the app keeps stalling and doesn't let you complete the process. Unfortunate for those us who wanted to send out nice Mother's Day cards with out T-Mobile Tuesday codes.

Overall love the app, except I expected my card to be larger than what I was. And when it said do you want a extra envelope, I put 2 (one for mailing one to give card in ) but it charged me twice, so I now have 2 of the same cards. Technicality that should be worked out.

It is really convenient. So far after sending at least five post cards and cards, all my recipients have received them, on time as far as I know. I use it on a samsung tablet. Works well for me. I also appreciate that it stores an address book so I don't have to re-type them everytime. I think the cards should be more like 1.99 to 2.99 since they are pretty basic prints. I would and have recommended the app to friends. It saves a trip to the post office and the store for sure.

Received my free card and ordered another! Cards turned out great! And it's cheaper than a card from the store! Best thing is you use your pictures to make it personal!

Put an AD in my notifications. No way did I want this type of AP to use my notification bar! Uninstalled! Don't want to have to go to turn it off. What gual to put an AD in the notification bar!

This is a big app that takes up a lot of space and Mb. Why not enable it to move to the SD card? I would then give 5 stars.

This app worked great for me and was very easy to use. I'm guessing the issues people are reporting below on 5/3 was all due to the rush of people trying to use their T-Mobile coupon.

I was able to complete the process on Nexus 6, but the app won't crop the pictures I upload. All it does it shrink the entire photo and stick it in a corner. Completely useless.

Tried this with the T-Mobile Tuesday offer and can't get the app to load. Just sits on the opening screen with a spinning wheel. Really disappointed.

I would definetly recommend gift cards or special made cards from here rather then buy one in the store they helped me make a lovely mothers day card for my mom that recently passed away

Card came out perfect I'm in love and it's given to my mom though but it's so prettyyyyyyyyy the pictures look so real on the card her picture came out to be really nice on the front

I bought 2 cards but it took 4 days to complete. It crashes 40 -60 times before I can create a card

Honestly many people saying they have a problem with processing, well I didn't have any problems. Just must be something with your phone. Got the free card from T-Mobilr Tuesdays and made a card and send date in around 5-10 min. Pretty easy. Good selection of gifts to I wish to buy something else for someone. Anyhow. Love the presentation and the customization.

This is a great idea that is terribly executed. The app froze multiple times and had to restart. That I can deal with, but I received my card today and it's pathetic. I'm not even going to give it to my wife. The pictures are pixilated even though I used high resolution photos. They were color corrected and are extremely dark. There is a distinct line where the printer failed to print part of one picture and the card isn't even folded in half correctly. I wish I could submit photos to this review to show others the terrible quality. Avoid using this company.

I'd like to say I like the app. It seems smooth and simple enough. But, since I can't complete the process, I can't recommend this app or service. It let me customize a card and add pictures, no problem. But at the address screen, the app hangs and didn't proceed. As another note on design, the app allows you to enter the country and state to send the card through a virtual scroll-wheel interface. These have no reason to still be used. Just let us type in the country/state and auto-correct plete if you must.

Loved this! Such a neat idea and concept! Was able to easily go through photos on my phone, facebook ect and add a hand written message to the Mothers' Day Card Im sending! Going to be using this in the future. Way more personalized than a card youd buy from a store. Thanks T-Mobile for bringing this app to T-Mobile Tuesdays! Great app.

Update: worked on ios. Crashed on my Android where i keep my best pics. On Android: Loved making my card but app woudn't let me complete it. Everytime I got to the step where I take a pic of my handwritten note the app crashed. If this part gets fixed I will be a big fan (assuming the printed product is good).

This app was great. to whoever said this app was bad must be having issues with your phone or something. my photo came out great and everything worked juuuuust fine... 5 star rating... Im gonna use this app for everything. Haters gon say im a developer lol....

I made a post card and a greeting card, both cards I was able to make and send. I have been trying to make another one for my son to give to his Grandpa for Father's Day and it won't let complete the process. I cannot get past choosing my images and layouts. I am very disappointed with this app. Also will not let me pay using my PayPal account for some reason. I was able to do it the first time.
