To apply the theme:
- Nova: press MENU > Nova Settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme >Star Icon Pack
- Apex: press MENU > Theme settings >Star Icon Pack
- Holo Launcher: Holo Launcher Settings > Appearance Settings > Icon Pack >Star Icon Pack
- ADW: press MENU > ADW Settings > Themes Preferences >Star Icon Pack >Apply
