Photo Frame&Grid Widget

Love it but I'm only giving it 4 stars because it seems like it lags my phone a bit. I am using the Samsung Galaxy Note 8. Ever since I got this app, I sometimes get the error message that my UI or Touchwiz stopped responding and have to force close. Other than that, it's perfect, easy to use and customizable. Great app.

I need an app to add a photo widget to my home screen. I downloaded the app to be told I can't use it unless I have photos in my.home screen. Makes no sense. I need to the app to have the photo in the screen.

Finally a well produced, free slideshow widget that actually works and looks nice. Great job.

It's nearly perfect that it supports photo changing effect, slide show, small widget size, option to shrink or corp, multi folder selection, changing time in term of second....and it is free. But it seems it crashes my htc sense home. May be because I have loaded too much (1600+) photos for the slide show. I love this app anyway.

Couldn't even get to most of my photos

Great work. Runs on CM14.1 / Nougat with ability to use external SD card. Widget shows up as 4x4, but can be sized after adding it to the home screen (I'm using 4x2). Flawless. Thanks.

App won't start on the Google pixel xl. Constantly stops when trying to add the widget to the home screen with no explanation or way to stop it. Will check again when next updated but until then it's 1 star, don't bother if you have a pixel

Searching for such app for long. Providing provision for adding video will make it more attractive and better.

I like it, it is certainly heading the right direction. But is it not smooth enough, can u guys make the stack widget faster Og smoother, like the photos and videos widget for xperia home launchers? I would pay good money for that

This is a dream come true! The stack is so modern and awesome, and practical, it's relentless never fails, the grid is awesome too, all the options are powerful and not gimmicky! This is one fine piece of software! Superb! I'd give it 1000 stars if I could! So happy! It's all I ever wanted to view my latest pix I took, so quickly! Epic epic most powerful picture widget ever! Absolutely a MUST HAVE!!! I would pay $10 for this! Must donate! I'm so greatful!

Love the widget. Very few come with this size and these options. But it keeps freezing and crashing my other widgets also. Didn't happen before installing. Using Galaxy S6 edge.

Had to search through many more highly rated apps before finding one that did what I want. I was looking for a slideshow widget to display selected photos from several different folders in random order that would fill a screen where I could set timing for advancing to the next photo. I also like that I could make the background transparent. This app works very well. Setup and settings are a little clunky but not too bad. I highly recommend this app for those with similar needs.

If it doesn't place, make sure your Nova launcher icon grid is set to at least 4x4! I like this widget!

This looks like the perfect app I was looking for, but no matter how I set the settings it doesn't see any images from my camera roll or gallery. Using an HTC 626G+

This is so close to what i wanted. Trying to replace Sony photo widget and this came close. It needs an option to show most recent images taken and refresh in realtime to show most recent images from camera folder. Check out Sony Photo and Video Widget. Thanks

Garbage. The menu is horribly unintuitive, and there is very little control over what photos you can put in your widget.

kept crashing on my LG G4 (marshm). Uninstalled. Looked good in playstore. Wanted it to work. Maybe next time..

The widget pre-loads thumbnails before displaying the images EVERY time you add the widget. I had 100 images chosen and it took about 10 min to load. If I didn't like the options I chose and deleted the widget to re-add it with new options (because there was no option within the widget to return to the menu), it took another 10 min to load them again. Maybe consider adding a disclaimer that the number of photos should be limited. I applaud your effort but this isn't the widget for me.

Hi Andy, I am satisfied with this app but the slideshow seems does not work for Frame. I have tried to set it at 3sec and 6sec, neither work. Pls help

Same issue as Christian Tan...does not matter what time is set within the apps design parameters the photos do not change. Using a Galaxy Tab S2. Please fix! Edit: I have changed my rating to 5 stars as the developer has been helpful in addressing the issue and a fix is in the pipe though it needs more testing on various systems before an official release is issued. Just love this app!

My photos were not listed in any of the files that I was able to choose from. It just kept saying no photos found.

It's stop running many times.

Scale whole image option is making some images blurring, there should be an option for leave the image and view it like it is without any cropping or scaling.

needs to be fixed so that directory /storage/sdcard0/ is seen as a folder. that way i can just select pictures in that directory instead of having to move them first. /storage/sdcard0 is my internal storage. right now if i try to select those photos it tells me to select a folder first. i shouldnt have to select a folder especially if the files are right there. this app needs to just shut up and select the photos. EDIT: i just found out that it refuses to recognize /storage/sdcard1 as a folder too. as well as storage/usb0 and usb1. this needs to be fixed bad. i shouldnt have to move the pictures into another sub-folder just to select them.

I've been thru several of these, including Animated Photo, Photo Widget, Nice Simple, and lots of others. Some cropped photos, some didn't resize the widget to fit the photo, some were cumbersome when adding photos.... but this one does everything just the way it should. Photos are sized properly with no heads cut off or missing folks on left or right. All a whole folder or individual photos with ease. Lots of options and the lowest battery draw of any that I've tried. VERY nice job.

This photo widget is amazing. Doesn't crop the pictures, works smoothly and has impeccable photo quality. So many options for one photo widget!

It doesn't work on a HTC One M7 with latest official Android 5.0.2, it always aborts the scanning/generation of pictures thumbs after 19.

No ads, great options, truly fantastic! Thank you so much for this!
