Wonderful app but location services are not working! At student, but the app keeps putting Paris as the default weather background!

This app persistently keeps GPS running and prevents the phone from sleeping. Battery drain is unbearable and I haven't been able to use this app since I purchased it nearly 2 years ago! None of the updates help. Running Android 4.4.4 on Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. Previously HTC One Mini (same problem)

It's nice to see this wallpaper again, but it doesn't work well in landscape mode. The image is simply stretched, making it look bad. Please fix this! Also eats battery power like crazy!!! Edit: NOTHING has changed, despite the so-called response below.

GPS is stuck,on the weather doesn't change anymore. Fix it!. This used to be my favorite app. HTC m7. Edit : still no update and still no fix on animation and GPS bug fix yet . Still eats the battery. Edit 2: August 2017. Still no fix for the GPS bug

Still keeps GPS Location service running continuously. If this was fixed the app would be great. The app still needs a more work to fix this problem.

Love this app! It shows you real time weather in animation, and it looks like the real thing in your screen, not fake the way some other apps do.

This is the greatest live weather app ever created period. T-Mobile Galaxy Note 4. The theme2 is awesome.

I have tried this app on a HTC One Mini 2 and a Note 2 (both running Android KitKat) with the same results. The battery drain makes the app and my phone unusable, ie I charged my phone to 100% before going to bed and left it on and in the morning it was dead. Normally it is still 95% full. I've turned off auto location and set my location manually, makes no difference. I would now like a fix for this problem or a refund please.

I love this app just had one question in your next update whenever that might be would it be possible to add sound effects for example if it rains there is a rain sound effect or if it's stormy there could be a thunder sound or wind sound and so on?

It keeps the phone awake constantly. Can sort of be solved by denying location permission, but then it doesn't update weather accurately.

Downloaded and paid for this app and so far it's very accurate and the graphics are fabulous, problem is its guzzling my battery, can anything be done about this before I leave.

GPS is constantly on so phone won't sleep=battery drain,i'm also getting a black screen even when i clear running apps its still black, i'd appreciate it being fixed or a refund please.

Had this on htc one and loved it. This app kills your battery though can't use it.

My last post, other users and myself were experiencing a failure to update to current weather conditions. However, with the latest updates and changes, I have been experiencing a much better more improved wall paper where the weather conditions are accurate. Thanks foe the app support and update.

Update: on HTC one m8 android 6, GPS still constantly on after restarting phone due to this app... I have to force close it for it to let go, then manually restart the app and reset the wallpaper. Also seems to keep the phone from Dozing (ie power page shows phone constantly Awake). Have deactivated app, phone now dozes overnight. Beautiful app but if I'm not using it, I'll have to remove it.

Good job, hopefully works with Samsung phones. However, Windy Night shows up as Windy Day when Theme 2 is checked, "Animation by weather info" is unchecked, and Windy Night is the custom theme selected. I didn't validate weather or not this problem occurs with "Animation by weather info" checked with the weather info of the phone being Windy Night. I also see specific weather live wallpaper options of some themes duplicated in another theme (is this as intended?). App 2.6 HTC One M8 Android 5.1 Sense 7.0

This app drains my battery to 0% within 4hours please fix it so that I can give some gud review..I think I wasted my money..

Lovely app with beautiful accurate wallpaper depicting the weather at your desired location unfortunately it consume quite a bit of battery. In a time when Marshmallow's doze is trying to avoid unnecessary battery depletion this app seems to impede the iOS of doing this.

This is most beautiful weather app. It came standard on my HTC one and I would often show it to my friends. My HTC one was stolen on a cruise so I had to buy a new phone. I bought the app and installed it on the new phone a Samsung. Now I'm on my third phone LG G4 and guess what? I've installed it on this one too. However, for the past couple of weeks I've only had a black screen. Please fix this. I miss using this beautiful and helpful app.

When this app worked it was great but now nothing stuck on sunny @ night when its raining waste of money needs update or fixing

Just like the old Weather Live which is great. But I noticed my battery was draining 50% faster after a couple of days... it was this app. I've messed with the settings, not sure if it works as it should now but it's not forcing constant GPS anymore.

I've been remiss in not updating my review since version 2.6 came out, my apologies. Unfortunately, it still doesn't work. It's now stuck on day, never updates. I love this app. I can't get this HTC sense live wallpaper anywhere else so I'll just sit here and enjoy my sunshine when it's raining until a version that works comes out. :-(

After about 4 months of "server issues" the wallpapers update. However the battery drain is up there too. Constant GPS access, even though the location update is set to the longest period allowed. If the app is forced closed and the wallpaper reset it fixes the GPS issue however only if it's caught in time before the battery is drained.

It reminds me of my htc rezound live wallpaper. Youll guys keep up the good work

Stock N5, 6.0.1 and this app will kill my battery in an hour, never lets go of the GPS until I force close it, its a shame as it would be a perfect app but I just can't use it anymore, I will have to settle and buy another one close to this one...don't buy this app until they fix a very long persistent problem

I love the look of this app's live wallpaper, but it uses GPS continually. I had to disable location permission for the app which is a good temporary fix (on Marshmallow at least) for a major bug. But the artwork is not updating properly. Stays stuck on previous scenes until weather app is directly opened, then wallpaper will update after a while.

I, like most people here, enjoyed this App so much that when I got my new phone, I decided to pay for it. Now it has stopped updating. I used to rely on this app for easy visual reference of the current weather, since I work away for windows. Please fix! How hard can it be?

You buy the app and get only 1 wallpaper, all the wallpapers you see in the screenshots on the play store page you have to pay 2x more. Way too expensive for a bunch of video wallpapers

My old S3 had this wallpaper auto-loaded. I was so excited to find this to place on my S6. Easy download and settings. Love Theme 2! I don't change my wallpapers when I've found one that is useful by providing instant updated weather AND a soothing real-time representation of the weather outside. This is the only wallpaper for me. Thanks X Lab!

Wow,,, great after the update. Really nice graphics. Weather updates and time of day

For the most part the app works well, but every few days it starts eating the battery and has to be restarted before it drains it. Once it is restated it works fine for a few days.

Would like a little more info on the weather or an overlay of a clock and more weather options on the live wallpaper, is there a clock widget or further weather options

Number 1 battery use even with GPS disabled. If they could fix that it'd be great. But until then can't even use it. Don't buy, no support. Even the new version has a battery drain issue.

Looks nice but adds around 300ma to battery use (at least double from a boring wallpaper) anyway to make it use less battery?
