Rose UI is designed for high resolution screens (works best with xxhdpi and xhdpi screens) and aims for a colorful UI based on blue/pink colors. Forget about the ugly and boring dark holo.
This theme works with any rom that has the new Theme Engine (such as PA, CM11, Mahdi and so on). This means you need to be rooted, if you don't know what it is, then dont get this.

I like this theme a lot. Just a shame more of the default icons like messages or camera aren't coloured... Would be nice :)

whenever i try to open my dialler app when this theme is activated it crashes everytime, other than that the theme looks great

My only problem is the messaging icon is still the default, even though in the screenshots it is not. Same with camera. It is a bit annoying. I am hoping that there are plans for replacing it, soon. Other than that, this theme is absolutely gorgeous!

My message icon for texts is still just green default one not purple one advertised. Will edit rating when fixed hopefully soon. Also the # 63 while phone is charging is in a Asian character... And 62 who knows how many others are not English style numbers. Factory defaulted phone as dev recommended. Same issue as well as theme crashing. Doesn't seem to work on OPO phones.

This is beautiful. Few icons could be updated but I'm using it on cm12 and its running fine. Dev doesn't deserve less then five stars for a few icons. The ones that were done are stunning.

After it installed I checked every box that's was available except the style option which is the one that force closes the google ui and NFC but everything else seemed to update just fine without no issues
