Wallpapers

Add 'battery saving wallpapers' and 'superheroes' catgories too. Please add those categories and no one will ever use another wallpaper app. Please let us choose separate daily wallpapers for homescreen and lockscreen There is no way that one will know, the wallpaper they have set will apply only for homescreen or for both(home & lock screens). Please correct this. The app is very good for very high resolution and original wallpapers.

Never thought I'd say it about a Windows product... But I downloaded this to try to mimic the STUNNING random images of Windows 10 Lock Screen or the amazing Screen Save images of Chromecast. (nb- option on my Home Screen / Dektop and/or Lock Screen). First thing Google Wallpapers asks me is to set a "genre" of images to display... Duh... The whole beauty of the windows experience is NOT to specify scenarios, pigeon hole, and decide on a narrow genre. and the images seem a bit dull compared to the shockingly beautiful Microsoft Windows 10 and Chromecast images. Maybe take a leaf out of the copybook from the innovative folks at Microsoft..

Pls do add an option to download wallpapers so that u could set it up for your lockscreen etc..... Also it would be great If you would add all the stock wallpapers from the previous versions as well as keeping up with the current ones..... Pls do push out regular updates including new wallpapers especially stock and materialistic

Google should be ashamed of itself. First they refused to continue update for its own device more than two years. They even don't think they should give all wallpapers to Nexus. There are two more categories exclusive to pixels. They are not giving anything exclusive to Nexus.

Great selection of wallpapers but really wish it had an AMOLED category so I could save some battery on my Nexus 6P. It's the only app which seems to allow daily wallpapers and it's just a bit annoying they don't cater specifically for their flagships like the 6P, Pixel, and Pixel 2.

Poor how setting a wallpaper takes you out of the app and to make any adjustments to its zoom, etc, you have to releaunch the settings and go through all of the wallpapers and simply start again. Also, the lack of proper description for what the live wallpapers, etc, do, is very unhelpful. They don't seem to do much at all.

Hey Google, why not have it as an integrated part of Android (no, not as a bloatware, but as an option in Display under settings. The concept is really fantastic (yes, belongs to Windows) and it would be the most selected option under Settings in case you do so.

Wallpapers library isn't great, lacks taste and has a tiny collection that is never updated. All the old ones are being used for years. Doesn't even stand a chance w.r.t. Pexels and Wallpapers for Me. Learn from Microsoft's Bing.

im so thankful for this. ive been having trouble changing my lockscreen and other apps wouldnt change it without adding ads or a new lock screen so this really helped!!

It's really annoying that I select a portion of an image to show on my one-page home screen and it crops some totally different part when I set it. Otherwise would give it 5 star.

Edit: on my Google pixel, not all the wallpapers that show up on my Nexus show up. Disappointing, since some of those were my favorite ones. Mostly an issue with the landscapes section. Original: What about adding a section for material design wallpapers? A la the original Android Lollipop wallpapers. Edit: there should be a feedback function in the app. The newest UI design looks good as well for the most part. What about adding seasonal sections as well?

Love this app. Just one minor problem, it crashes oftenly and restores my default wallpaper. Also if only I could have an option of auto shuffling across all the categories that would be awesome. Thanks and keep up the great work. Cheers. Edit : crashing issue still not resolved. -1

Not perfect. Needs a feature that allows you to dim the backgrounds. Some of them are too bright to be useable. For some reason this app does not show up in my app drawer, I have to open Google Play Store to open it. Great wallpapers though. Not far from perfect.

You guys REALLY need to fix this app please. For the second time now my wallpaper just completely disappears and all I see is a black wallpaper. On my PIXEL! This should be working much better on this phone.

I was having an issue with the Daily Wallpaper feature not working but I figured out the Samsung Live Wallpaper Picker Service being disabled was causing it. So I re-enabled it and this app works perfectly on my Galaxy Note 5.

Do you forget you have OTHER customers besides Pixel users? Boo to your discriminatory practices of Pixel only apps/settings (for this and other products). I remember Google used to promote open computing/services. What happened to this great philosophy? SMH

App crashes frequently when used on my S8. Applied wallpapers also have this disorienting horizontal motion scrolling effect that cannot be turned off. Can't set it to Samsung's more subtle motion effect, which is preferable or be turned off completely. Disappointing for it to have all these issues on the S8.

Keeps crashing over and over on Note 8 can't even click on any of them. They all look great but as soon as I click on a wallpaper the app crashes every single time

This app failed to make a impression. Daily wallpaper becomes nightmare if switch between categories because it always started from first. Add more live wallpapers.

One of the best wallpaper apps out, with clean HD images in simple categories. The only problem is that you can't download any, since it force closes every time. Please fix!

Love the app for my Note 8 but it keeps crashing when I jump into the app to try and change wallpaper. I love the new live wallpapers created for the Pixel 2s but everytime I want to change my wallpaper I now have to go through Google photos. Please fix! Otherwise a great app

Never thought a product from google could crash so much on a google software(android) seriously as much as i love the wallpapers i hate the frequent crashing of app. Also please make better and more variety of wallpapers

While all the wallpaper options are stunning, and the daily wallpaper feature seems amazing. The application incorrectly centers every image I choose to have as my wallpaper, it always shifts the image left of what I choose it to be centered as. Hopefully this can be resolved soon as I would really like to use this app. Thank you.

It is kind of boring, not customizeable for changing wallpaper several times a day at time interwals, not customizeable for user to define a folder of images. Does not work for lock screen image, just changes home screen. Please make it more dynamic and customizeable.

Best wallpaper app on the market. Being able to have a different wallpaper each day is very nice!!. Wish there was an option to set how often the wallpaper changes. Say every hour or two hours. Or set it change depending on it being night or day. But it's a very great wallpaper app. Best out there!

Was a great app with great daily wallpapers. Since the update, daily wallpapers are broken on my Pixel. I set them up but, within hours if not minutes, my wallpaper defaults back to the last wallpaper image I had set.

The wallpapers have Gone a li'l old for a collection. Needs new contents. Also, why does Only the android 7 users get the lock and home screen wallpaper option? I mean, i can do that in my phome settings in almost every new android version phone. But that way i won't get the Google wallpaper collection to choose from. It seems unfair.

Cool wallpapers, and they worked fine on my HTC One M9. But now the app constantly shuts down on the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 before I can even preview any of the wallpapers.

Every time I press on a picture the app crashes. Using a brand new note 8. So don't blame it on the phone

dear mr. google wallpaper kindly tie up with samsung note 8 and make my top status bar not invisible when i some time change the wallpaper. opaque will be good

On Pixel 2, crop image of how I want it to appear on lock screen and doesn't seem to save correctly. Reverts to completely different spot on imagine. Pretty frustrating! Please fix!

The daily wallpaper function doesn't work as intended, after a few days it switches back to a certain wallpaper and the daily wallpaper isn't active anymore. Might be when you restart the device you lose the setting?

Does not work properly on my Note8. The application would crash or freeze when attempting to just view the wallpapers. Factory restored the entire phone and still no luck.

Broken on Note 8. Unusable. Don't believe I had this problem with any previous devices.

what's wrong !!!! Its not loading half of the images . Its Showing either the images are corrupted or deleted . Did anyone Experienced the same please reply . Google please Try to Fix it as soon as possible . Its really annoying me a lot .

Good app but could be better. It shows that lockscreen wallpaper has been changed, but has no effect whatsover. Only going through device settings can I change lockscreen wallpaper.Please fix this.

Half of the image is appearing after selecting it as a wallpaper. The whole wallpaper should be fitted as per the device's screen size. A quick fix would be a big relief for me.

Love the pictures but I'm unable to use them as wallpaper on my Samsung Note 8. When I try to select a wallpaper, the app crashes.

Only just got it working on Note 8. Uninstall and reinstalled. Tapped the bottom to fill entire screen, and allowed permissions to files on the pop up. Now works perfect.

I think this app is a good app but there's always a problem on my s8. Whenever I click on a wallpaper to apply it, it will crash and I don't know why. Please fix this problem.
