1. Make sure you have installed the latest version of GO Weather EX
2. Open the GO Weather EX->Open the Personalized Page->Click the "Local" Tab->Click the "Widget"
3. Select the theme in "Widget" and click to apply it.
4. GO to the launcher homescreen and add the GO Weather EX system widget
◆How to add a Systerm Widget?
1. Long press the homescreen - choose “Widgets” - Find GO Weather EX
2. Make sure you have enough space for the widgets

I have several other GO weather themes and they load just fine, but when I try apply this one a s reen flashes something about buying it and then disappears. Even if I wanted to purchase, I can't.

Nothing on description says you have to pay. When you attempt to apply it asks for payment. No problem paying for products, but misleading customers is shady business practice. If you are going too charge just do it up front...

Don't buy! I just bought this app theme and it won't allow me to use it. Why is GOOGLE PLAY allowing these kinds of business practices to go on within their store? Don't they care about their reputation? Take a lesson from me, be careful and do the research before you buy anything on any site.
