I have had go launcher for a while now and my phone had to be replaced and now I have to repay for all these themes?? Why??? I'm bout to go with a different one!! Please how do I get all the themes I purchased back???? Ty

Why the wallpaper icon keep moving after click for the first time? and it does not let me change wallpaper, just keep moving every time I see it
