Excellent Customer Service. My email was answered the same day I sent it to let me know they are aware of my issue. SCSCreations emailed me a link, since I already purchased the Allurement Theme - I downloaded, and it works fine. Turnaround time was 72 hrs. That's pretty good considering they're a small company.
