People please read. It's IAP and NOT through Google Play. So that's why it's not free. IAP is in app purchases and games also uses too.

Why do developers lie to people? You install it then put it on your screen only to learn that it doesn't work unless you pay for it or use get jar gold. You give "free" apps a bad name.
