Love it fits for a phone

There is no way to uninstall it. It says it needs to be deactivated as a device administrator to be uninstalled, however it is not listed as a device administrator on my devices. The app turned itself on and locked me out of my phone. I now have no way of using my phone. There are no instructions on the app description or on the app itself. What am I supposed to do?
