Free version has one full time theme (plasma style). The other seven themes can be previewed by selecting them in the wallpaper settings.
Paid/Full version adds:
-All 8 themes available full time.
-Monochromatic/Dual Hue options.
-Ability to change theme via flicking the end of the Homescreen (tested with HTC Sense).
