Preferences < Theme settings < Icon Pack < Splash Icons
You will be prompted to restart launcher pro. Once you do it the icons should now have changed to the splash icons theme.
We would like your constructive feedback and feel free to send us your request for any particular set of applications you would like us to create icons for. We will try best to design and update them ASAP.
If possible send us the application name and the activity :) This will make things easier for us and also enable a faster update here
