1. Next Launcher application is required.
If you do not have it, Search on Google Play for "Next Launcher".
The first result is the free version that you want.
2. Open Next Launcher, Select Menu, Themes, Installed tab, Select and Apply Theme.
NOTE: This free version works in 2D, the full version will work in 2D and 3D modes

Changing wallpaper: Open this app
1. Open your app drawer and open this app.
2. Select Wallpaper in this app menu.
3. Select Extra Wallpaper

You can create a shortcut to the app for easier finding.

Troubleshooting:
1.If you don't see the theme, try the following:
- Update NEXT Launcher to latest version.
- Close Next Launcher
- Open it again.
- Apply a NEXT Default theme
- Follow Installation for 2D mode direction above again.
