I've paid for the product, but am yet to be able to actually download the product. The free version won't even upgrade itself. Is this issue fixable?

It's alright but wish you didn't have to write a name at all so there is just the backgroundimage. Would also be nice if the names were in a more woody colour so they actually look carved.

Used to use the free version. I don't like the change in the carved names. And 2 out of the 4 backgrounds are exactly the same. If I had known, I would have spent the money on a different background. No refund button either. Which according to play store, there should be one.
